Physical Examinations

Students registering for Athletics must have a current physical examination on file at school before the student is authorized to participate in practice. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals must be completed and uploaded online prior to the first day of practice or paper copy given to the athletic director or coach.

Physical examination taken April 1 and thereafter is valid for the following two school years; physical examination taken before April 1 is valid only for remainder of that school year and following school year.
